Remote Image Capture - Using the System

Once these settings have been provided, the user is then ready to start capturing images
Remote Image Capture - Using the System Open the remote image capture application. Insert the name of your patient in the First & Last name fields and DOB. This detail is for your description to be able to identify the images and match to the patient chart. If there is a typo in the patient's name it will not affect the import of images as the import process is manual. However, you will be using these details to match the images to the appropriate patient chart. Take your images as you normally would in the procedure by clicking on the appropriate buttons on your scope. When you have completed the procedure image capture, click End Session. You may initiate a new session following the same procedure. Upon completion of all image captures, no further action is required in your remote image capture. When you return to your gGastro network, you will open the gGastro network and locate the patient chart. Open an appropriate procedure note, open the image pop up screen and select “Import Images” from the right-hand side menu. Your images will now be displayed within a pop up window. Select the appropriate file for importing into the patient's images section. Finish the procedure documentation as you would normally document the note with all other appropriate details.
