These preferences are organizational level preferences and span across a wide range of topics that will influence how a practice utilizes functions in gGastro. Topics within preferences include, but are not limited to: allowing the customization of template sets per location and/or per provider, enabling location filtering, hiding patient SSN in searches, and auto-assigning medical record numbers.

Allow Template Sets

The practice defines whether or not they will allow custom template sets by location and/or by provider. Templates Sets are sets of form and document templates under a specific service type.

To set preferences:

1. Go to Configuration

2. Under Organization click Preferences.  The Preferences window displays.

3. Set the customization of template sets as follows:
