HOW TO CREATE A SCREENSHOT (SCREEN CAPTURE)

To create a screenshot:

  1. Bring up the screen, window or situation you want to save as a picture.
  2. Press the "Print Screen" key on your keyboard. It is typically in the top row, next to the key "F12."
  3. Open MS Paint (available in Accessories in the Start menu).
  4. Press Ctrl+V to insert the picture.
  5. Save the picture.
    Tip: Go to menu File and select Save as to choose the format of the saved picture. JPG or PNG are usually the best.
