Portal Icon Colors

Portal Icon Colors

Within the Scheduler, the appointment contains a color coded portal icon to denote information regarding the patient. 

- Green indicates that the patient is registered for the portal. 
- Grey indicates the patient was excluded. 

-  Yellow indicates the patient is registered and sent a portal update request in the past x days/ weeks, as per the settings in Configuration>Portal Settings section. Hover over the portal icon to view a tool tip that displays the update date. 
- Red indicates there is a pending portal update that has not yet been accepted.
