Publishing Statements to Portal
Turn on the option in statement configuration:
You will then see a portal icon in the statements queue for the patients that have their statements published in the portal when statements are generated:
Patient will still receive a paper statement, the portal statement does not replace it, it’s just an additional way to try to reach the patient and also encourage them to login to the portal.
