Scheduler: The scheduler will only show you the calendar dates with scheduled appointments based on your set filters. Please note the calendar views are based off on resource (provider) so a resource (provider) must be selected within the appointment to view the appointment on the calendar view rather than list view.
Scheduler
Step 1: With only location added to your filter, you will see no available appointments on the scheduler unless there has been a scheduled appointment on that date.
No appointments made: No available appointments with only location set for filter
Appointment made: only that provider’s schedule with appointments made will come up to show the appointments already made at location
Step 2: If a provider is added to the filter, you will be able to see their schedule even if there is no appointment made as of yet.
Find Available
This module is used to help a user makes appointments and see what is available to schedule. You need to have at least an activity in your filter to search for those appointments.
Scheduler Configuration Preferences:
You can also have this provider have two schedules.
Step 1: In Scheduler Preferences, you select more than one simultaneous appointments (columns) to configure more than one schedule for the provider. You select hide empty columns, to hide the days that he only has one day configured.
Step 2: On the scheduler you will see two columns for the provider to view the two sets of appointment schedules for the same time.
Step 3: You can configure a second schedule or more for this provider with those preference set.
