What icon shows the consolidated TOC in a patient's chart? [HOW TO VIDEO]

Incoming files that have been filed to a patient's chart from a direct message share the same icon as the imported document icon.  By double-clicking on the icon, this will bring you to the TOC (Transition of Care) document.
